Superintendent Paul Maher is a serving member of AGS and a former Curator at the Garda Museum Dublin Castle. He has participated in the RTE events throughout the decade of commemoration and lectured extensively on policing during the revolution. This is his first visit to Kilkenny for the Law Festival.
