3. Fees and Pricing

4. Programme and Speakers

Subject to Change: As stated in your current T&Cs, the programme details, titles, speakers, and hosts are subject to change without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to speaker availability, technical issues, or other events beyond our control.

No Guarantee of Specific Speakers: While we endeavour to ensure the participation of advertised speakers, their appearance is not guaranteed. Changes to the speaker lineup will not entitle attendees to a refund.

Location Changes: The Organizer reserves the right to change the venue or location of any part of the Festival. Attendees will be notified of any significant changes where reasonably possible.
5. Cancellation, Postponement, and Refunds

Attendee Cancellation: Our cancellation and refund policy will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Generally, tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. You may be able to transfer your ticket to another person subject to our transfer policy and any applicable fees.

Organizer Cancellation or Postponement:

In the event that the Organizer cancels the Festival entirely, attendees will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price paid.

In the event of a postponement of the Festival, the Organizer will offer attendees the option to either transfer their ticket to the new dates or receive a refund of the ticket price paid.

The Organizer will not be responsible for any other costs incurred by attendees due to cancellation or postponement, including travel or accommodation expenses.

Partial Cancellation: If a specific session or speaker is cancelled but the Festival proceeds, no partial refunds will be offered.
6. Attendee Conduct

Respectful Behaviour: Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner towards other attendees, speakers, organizers, venue staff, and members of the public.

Compliance with Instructions: Attendees must comply with all reasonable instructions and directions given by the Organizer, venue staff, and security personnel.

Prohibited Items and Activities: The Organizer reserves the right to prohibit certain items or activities at the Festival venues for safety and security reasons. These may include, but are not limited to, illegal substances, weapons, unauthorized recording equipment, and disruptive behaviour.

Right to Refuse Entry or Eject: The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to or eject any attendee from the Festival venues if they are found to be in breach of these Terms or engaging in behaviour that is deemed disruptive, offensive, or illegal, without any entitlement to a refund.
7. Intellectual Property

Organizer's Rights: All intellectual property rights in connection with the Festival, including but not limited to event names, logos, programme materials, and recordings made by or on behalf of the Organizer, shall remain the property of the Organizer or its licensors.

Attendee Use: Attendees may not record, photograph, or reproduce any part of the Festival programme for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Organizer and any relevant rights holders. Personal, non-commercial photography and recording may be permitted subject to guidelines announced at the Festival.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, the Organizer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with your registration for or attendance at the Festival, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of opportunity.

Personal Belongings: The Organizer is not responsible for the loss or damage to any personal belongings brought to the Festival venues by attendees.

Health and Safety: Attendees are responsible for ensuring their own health and safety while attending the Festival venues. The Organizer will take reasonable steps to provide a safe environment but cannot guarantee against all risks.
